邹钧，教授，博士生导师，2018年受聘上海海洋大学水产与生命学院，为水产动物免疫学与病害防控学科方向带头人。于2004年获国家自然科学基金委海外青年合作基金资助、入选2012年福建省“闽江****”和2015年上海市“****”。
1987年毕业于北京大学生物系，获理学学士学位；1990年获中国科学院水生生物研究所硕士学位；1992年留学英国阿伯丁大学(University of Aberdeen)，于1998年获得博士学位并留校工作。曾任阿伯丁大学生命与环境科学研究所研究员、高级研究员，2003-2017年期间担任苏格兰鱼类研究中心科研主任，2018年入职上海海洋大学。
现为鱼类免疫旗舰刊物《鱼类与贝类免疫学》（Fish and Shellfish Immunology）副主编，担任多个国内外学术期刊编委，其中包括《发育及比较免疫学》（Developmental and Comparative Immunology）、我国第一个水产英文刊物《水产与鱼类学报》（Aquaculture & Fisheries）、《生物学》（Biology）（Basel）、《水生生物学报》和《水产学报》。曾担任国家自然科学基金委生命科学部会审专家和科技部海外函评专家，以及英国医学研究基金会、英国生物技术与生命科学研究基金会、德国研究基金会、瑞士国家科学基金会研究项目评审人。
长期从事鱼类免疫学和病害防控研究，首次发现了鱼类白细胞介素1、伽马干扰素、防御素和模式识别受体类RIG-I家族；对鱼类细胞因子的功能与进化开展了系统研究，开创性地提出了脊椎动物干扰素的分子进化理论。在J Immunology、J Virology、PLOS Pathogens、Immunological Reviews等发表SCI论文和综述130余篇，参与3部英文编著和一部大学本科教材的撰写，论文总引用率达7500余次，H因子为55。
