grjj:1991年毕业于南京大学天文系,获天体测量与天体力学专业学士学位,同年考入上海天文台攻读硕士,1994年获天体测量与天体力学专业硕士学位,2001年在上海天文台获博士学位。2001年晋升为副研究员,2006年晋升为研究员。2002年10月至2003年6月意大利都灵天文台天体测量团组访问****,2004年8月至2005年8月美国耶鲁大学天文系天体测量团组访问****。
<\/font>现为IAU“天体测量”专业委员会成员(Commission 8-Astrometry),IAU Division 1“地面天体测量未来发展”工作组和“地面小望远镜天体测量”工作组成员。
<\/font>研究方向:基本天体测量和天球参考系。具体研究领域包括:
(1) 天球参考系的建立、维持、连接和加密;
(2) 天体测量方法研究(CCD整体平差、CCD漂移扫描、光学天体测量误差分析,等);
(3) 天体测量的应用(人卫和空间碎片等目标的精密定位、LAMOST工程的天体测量支持,等)。
<\/font>论文:已发表学术论文40多篇,其中SCI重点刊物10篇(第一作者4篇,第二作者4篇);核心期刊论文20多篇;参与编写《天体测量学方法》一书的部分章节。
<\/font>正在承担的科研项目:
(1) 基金委面上项目“基于CCD整体平差技术开展参考架连接和较大尺度星团的观测研究(2007-2009)”负责人。
(2) 基金委面上项目“外行星暗弱卫星的高精度天体测量与运动学研究”(2006-2008)主要成员。
(3) 中国科学院仪器设备研制项目“漂移扫描CCD”联合负责人;
(4) 中国科学院仪器设备研制项目“旋转漂移扫描CCD”负责人;
(5) 中国科学院仪器设备项目“中国天文底片库”负责人;
(6) 中科院俄乌白科技合作专项基金(2006-2008)负责人;
(7) LAMOST工程“天体测量支持系统”(2006.11-2008.12)负责人;
<\/font>人才培养:已培养博士3名,硕士4名,在读博士生3名。
<\/font>国际合作:与乌克兰尼古拉耶夫天文台、意大利都灵天文台、法国天体力学与历表计算研究所等单位建立了长期稳定的合作关系。多次获得中乌、中意政府间合作项目支持以及中国科学院“俄乌白合作专项基金”资助。<\/font><\/p><\/div>

jl_en:TANG Zhenghong<\/span><\/i><\/b> received his Bachelor of Astronomy from Department of Astronomy of Nanjing University in 1991 and his Ph.D. in Astronomy from SHAO in 2001. He was a postdoctor in Torino Astronomical Obseravtory from 2002 to 2003 and Department of Astronomy of Yale Univ. from 2004 to 2005 respectively. His main research areas include fundamental Astrometry, CCD image reduction and reference systems as well as application of astrometry. He has been PIs of many projects, such as Key Project of Special Foundation for fundamental science and technology (Ministry of Science and Technology of China), Key Project of International Collaboration(Chinese Academy of Sciences), Normal project of NSFC, Astrometric Supporting System for LAMOST and so on. He has supervised several PhD and Master-degree students in the past 10 years.
