grjj:  1981年12月生,籍贯江西,硕士生导师。上海天文台“天文地球与动力学研究中心”高级工程师,创新团组“卫星激光测距技术及应用研究”成员,中国科学院“空间目标与碎片观测重点实验室”成员。2003年于东南大学获理学学士,2006年于上海天文台获理学硕士学位。<\/font><\/p>  主要研究领域为高重频率卫星激光测距技术及应用,空间碎片激光测距技术及应用,卫星激光测距观测数据质量改善和激光偏振特性在卫星激光测距中的应用等。<\/font><\/p>  国内最早开展高重复频率SLR技术的研究,基于FPGA研制了高距离门控产生器,解决高重复频率门控输出和后向散射干扰问题;国内首次将事件计时器应用于SLR,解决测量频率不受限于测量间隔的问题,使上海台成为国内首个、国际上第二个实现2kHz重复频率SLR的站点,并在国际上对卫星的10kHz重复率激光测距。从事空间碎片激光测距技术研究,重点在白天或地影中开展空间碎片测量,目前已实现空间碎片白天监视和空间碎片预报的实时轨道修正等关键技术突破。对上海台激光测距的观测资料质量进行了长期跟踪,从系统延时校正的各个途径出发,充分调研测试后给出观测资料质量改善的方法,经过一年多时间的实施,使观测资料偏差减少2\/3以上,满足国际核心站要求。国内首先研究了激光偏振方向对回波接收和光尖成像的影响,建立了对应的变化模型,并在光束成像亮度最大化以及地靶测量中获得应用。<\/font><\/p>  近五年,获得军队科技进步二、三等奖各一项,上海市科技进步三等奖一项。发表文章20余篇,其中SCI收录2篇,EI收录7篇,他引数十次。<\/font><\/p>
