grjj:1970年生于山东,1991年本科毕业于山东大学物理系,1997年获中国科技大学理学博士学位。1998年起至2005年先后在南京大学、德国马普射电天文研究所、美国哈佛大学、美国普渡大学进行博士后研究工作。2005年回国任中国科学院上海天文台研究员。2008年获国家****基金资助。享受国务院特殊津贴,入选“国家级有突出贡献中青年专家”、获得过上海市自然科学牡丹奖等奖项。曾任天体物理研究室主任、上海天文台学术委员会主任等职,现任上海天文台副台长。同时还担任北京大学、中国科技大学、厦门大学等6所高校的兼职或者****。<\/font><\/div><\/font><\/div>主要研究方向包括黑洞吸积与外流、活动星系核、活动星系核反馈与星系演化、黑洞暂现源等,在ApJ等天体物理杂志发表SCI论文100余篇,包括在国际天文和天体物理领域最权威的综述期刊Annual Review of Astronomy and Astrophysics 上的一篇第一作者文章,该文是我国在该期刊上发表的第二篇论文。论文被引用7000余次,其中第一作者论文引用3000余次,连续入选爱斯维尔高被引中国****榜单。研究工作被写入了6本专著,在IAU Symposium、COSPAR等重要国际会议做邀请报告50余次。
<\/font><\/div><\/font><\/div>人才培养方面,已培养学生以及博士后20余人,去向包括(英)剑桥大学、(美)哥伦比亚大学、(美)洛斯阿拉莫斯国家实验室、(荷)阿姆斯特丹大学、(日)国家天文台,以及北京大学、中国科技大学等单位。<\/font><\/div>

He is now the director of the Astrophysics division of Shanghai Astronomical Observatory.
