grjj:1970<\/span>年10<\/span>月出生,籍贯浙江。1988-1998<\/span>年在浙江大学学习,<\/span>获工学博士学位。1998<\/span>年-2001<\/span>年在中国科学院上海天文台做博士后研究。<\/span>现任上海天文台射电天文科学与技术研究室主任,<\/span>VLBI <\/span>技术实验室总工程师,中国科学院月球与深空探测总体部副总工程师。专业方向为天文技术与方法,长期从事<\/span>VLBI<\/span>高速信号并行处理、深空探测器精密跟踪测量、<\/span>e-VLBI <\/span>科研信息化等研究。曾主持完成国家<\/span>863<\/span>计划重大项目课题、国家自然科学基金等多项课题。在我国率先开展<\/span>VLBI <\/span>软件相关处理技术研究,研制完成我国第一套自主开发的<\/span>VLBI<\/span>软件相关处理机系统。开发的高速<\/span>VLBI<\/span>软件相关处理机已用于探月工程、国家重大科技基础设施建设项目<\/span>“<\/span>中国大陆构造环境监测网络<\/span>”<\/span>、国家<\/span>863 <\/span>计划重大项目课题。主持开展了深空探测器高精度多普勒测量技术研究,并成功用于我国首次对欧洲火星探测器<\/span>(MEX)<\/span>的精密测定轨试验。<\/span><\/span>
<\/font><\/font>现为中科院射电天文重点实验室<\/span>VLBI<\/span>分部主任,上海市导航与定位重点实验室<\/span>VLBI<\/span>分部主任,全国空间科学及其应用标准化技术委员会委员,上海天文台学术委员会委员,学位委员会委员,上海天文台年刊主编。<\/span>2007<\/span>年被国家人事部、国防科工委、国资委、总装备部和中科院联合授予<\/span>“<\/span>首次绕月探测工程突出贡献者<\/span>” <\/span>荣誉称号,<\/span>2008 <\/span>获年度上海市科技进步一等奖(排名第<\/span>4<\/span>)。<\/span><\/font><\/font><\/font><\/font><\/p><\/div>

jl_en:ZHENG<\/em><\/strong><\/span>Weimin<\/strong>receivedhisB.S.degree of Detection Technology & Instrumentation from Zhejiang University in1992, and his M.S. degreeand Ph.D. degree of Measurement Technology & Instrumentationfrom Zhejiang University in 1995 and 1998.He worked as a postdoctoral researcher in Shanghai Astronomical Observatory(SHAO), Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) from 1998 to 2001.He developed the software correlator of the Chinese VLBI Network and conducted the design work of X band real-time VLBI tracking system of the China\'s Lunar Exploration Project(CLEP). This correlator has been successfully used inCLEP and Chinese domestic geodetic VLBI observations. His research interest is VLBI technologydevelopmentand its applications in deep-space explorations. <\/span>He received the “Young and middle-aged leading scientists, engineers and innovators” award from the Chinese Ministry of Science and Technology in 2014.
