祝永新,新加坡国立大学博士,于2017年起任中科院上海高研院研究员,感知与计算实验室副主任,已发表170余篇英文期刊和会议论文,50余篇中文期刊论文,其中ACM/IEEE Transactions等著名期刊论文20余篇,取得国家发明专利授权25项。目前作为首席科学家承担国家重点研发计划、负责人承担国家自然科学基金等项目;曾承担863重点项目、国家发改委、上海浦江人才计划、上海国际合作项目、上海交大医工(理)交叉重大项目等主要项目。曾获得IEEE最佳论文奖,上海市技术发明奖,上海交通大学优秀教师奖和双语教学奖。2013年,作为上海交通大学任务组负责人、项目公共电路组组长,参与完成国家863重点项目“新概念高效能计算机体系结构及系统研究开发”,完成世界首台拟态计算机的研制,拟态计算机的发明是国际计算机领域的一个大胆创新,入选2013年中国十大科技进展。任职中科院之前,他在2013-2017年任新加坡国立大学访问教授;2006-2017年任上海交通大学电信学院副教授、博士生导师; 2002-2005年,担任新加坡国立大学博士后研究员(Research Fellow); 1999-2002年担任美国安全第一网络银行软件公司(S1 Incorporation, 世界首家网络银行的发明者)高级咨询师; 1994-1995年,担任上海交通大学计算机科学与工程学系助教。目前担任系统结构(JOURNAL OF SYSTEMS ARCHITECTURE)国际期刊客座编辑、上海突出贡献专家协会人工智能专委委员、中国计算机学会(CCF)杰出会员、 CCF区块链专委会委员、IEEE高级会员。
