resume:2011年毕业于中国科学院半导体研究所,微电子学与固体电子学专业,获工学博士学位。2011年6月至2011年11月就职于飞利浦亚洲研究院,任高级研究员。2011年11月起加入中国科学院上海高等研究院,任助理研究员,2015年1月晋升副研究员。多年来一直从事CMOS图像传感器集成电路、超低功耗数模混合集成电路的研究与设计。在过去几年中,已成功开发出多款低功耗短距RF芯片,高性能CMOS图像传感器芯片,芯片经过半导体代工厂的流片、实测,部分接近国际先进水平。已在国际IEEE Transactions, IEEE Journal of Display Technology, IEEE RFIC Symposium, ISCAS 等一流杂志和会议上发表近20篇论文,并申请了10余项国家专利。2012 年6 月国际IEEE NEWCAS 会议组委会专门邀请申请人做了“Ultra-Low-Power RF Transceivers for WBANs in Medical Applications”的报告。目前作为项目负责人主持一项国家自然科学基金项目和一项上海市科委项目。
