研究方向
代谢异常是癌症的一个重要标志。癌细胞即使在不缺氧的状态下也优先利用葡萄糖产生乳酸,这就是著名的瓦伯格效应(Warburg效应)。最近的癌症基因组学研究发现癌症的发生和发展与代谢异常有直接关系。目前一个涵盖癌症细胞内外的异常代谢特征网络正在形成, 而这些代谢特征是如何在肿瘤发生过程中形成且如何改变代谢进而导致癌症发生发展的机制还有很多尚未研究清楚。
课题组通过探索癌细胞对不同营养物质的感受利用, 确定导致肿瘤细胞代谢改变的关键酶,并研究其在肿瘤微环境中的新陈代谢功能等等,希望能够阐明癌症发生和发展过程中潜在的代谢机制变化。
课题组长雷群英主持多项国家和省部级项目,包括国家重点研发计划(项目首席)、国家自然科学基金重大项目、重点项目和上海市教委重点项目等。迄今为止,已在国内外学术刊物上发表论文近60余篇,包括Cancer cell,Cell Metabolism, Molecular Cell,Nature Cell Biology, Nature Communications 和 J.Clin. Invest.等。
