研究方向
据WHO估计,超过全世界人口的5%,也就是4.66亿人,患有残疾性听力损失(4.32亿成人和3400万儿童),课题组的工作围绕如下开展:1)基于CRISPR/Cas9基因编辑的遗传性耳聋基因治疗;2)内耳毛细胞再生和听觉保护。发表SCI文章36篇,其中第一/通讯作者27篇,建立和发现了遗传性耳聋基因治疗内耳导入新路径和新载体,得到广泛应用;首次以 CRISPR/Cas9 蛋白系统对活体内耳感觉细胞进行基因编辑;发现成年哺乳动物内耳支持细胞和毛细胞增殖转分化再生;发现自噬在耳毒性药物耳聋听觉保护过程中起到重要调控作用。主持包括国自然优青、面上、青年、上海市科委政府间合作(芬兰)、上海浦江人才、市科委自然科学探索类、复旦大学“卓越2025”卓识人才项目等9项纵向课题。
