个人简介:
1995年毕业于浙江师范大学,2000年获中国科学院上海有机化学研究所理学博士学位,导师戴立信院士。2000年至2003年先后在美国国立卫生研究院和美国Rochester大学化学系进行博士后研究。2003年底加入新加坡的新药研发公司---S*BIO,进行靶向小分子抗癌药物的研发工作。2005年8月受聘于华东理工大学药学院。回国先后获得一系列荣誉和称号,包括:上海市浦江人才(2006),教育部新世纪优秀人才(2007),上海市育才奖(2007),华东理工大学优秀教育工作者(2009),上海市曙光****(2009),上海市归侨侨眷先进个人(2010),华东理工大学育英奖(2010)以及东岳-天鼎奖教金特等奖(2015)等。兼任教育部高等学校药学专业教学指导分委会委员,上海市药学会药物化学专委会委员,中国医药工业杂志编委等职。先后承担国家自然科学基金、上海市基础研究重点项目等十余项研究项目。已在国际核心刊物J. Am. Chem. Soc.; Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.; ACS Catal.; Chem. Commun.; Org. Lett.; Chem. Eur. J. 等上发表100余篇SCI论文和专利申请。译著《药物考》和《创新药物发现-实践、过程和展望》;参编教材《药物化学》双语教材,参编论著Stereoselective synthesis of planar chiral ferrocenes: Chiral Ferrocenes in Asymmetric Catalysis(2010)。

2. 基于新概念,新试剂和新反应的新型杂环化合物的设计合成及其生理活性研究。

4. 基于组蛋白去乙酰化酶(HDAC)抑制剂的靶向小分子抗肿瘤药物研究。
