个人简介
2009年6月本科毕业于华东理工大学生物工程学院生物技术专业,获理学学士学位。2015年6月博士毕业于华东理工大学药学院化学生物技术与工程专业,获工学博士学位。2015年7月开始从事华东理工大学药学博士后研究。2018年6月受聘于华东理工大学药学院特聘副研究员。迄今已在Nature Biotechnology,Nature MethodsCell ResearchNucleic Acid ResearchACS Synthetic Biology等国际权威期刊发表SCI论文18篇,编写英文著作Curr Protoc Chem Biol1个章节。已申请多项中国发明专利(授权2项)和国际PCT专利(分别授权2项美国和日本发明专利,1项欧洲发明专利)。主持包括国家自然科学基金面上项目、青年基金、上海市自然科学基金在内多项基金,入选中国科协2019-2021届“青年人才托举工程项目“。

团队(杨弋教授领衔的光遗传学与合成生物学交叉学科研究中心)研究对象涉及基因、蛋白质、细菌、哺乳动物细胞、线虫、斑马鱼、果蝇和小鼠,研究领域涉及细胞生物学、生物化学与分子生物学、合成生物学、光遗传学、化学遗传学、化学生物学等。我们热忱欢迎有志于从事光遗传学、合成生物学、生物大分子标记研究的同学加盟本团队。
