个人简介:
2008年7月毕业于内蒙古大学,获理学博士学位,留校工作;2009年月赴美国犹他州立大学从事博士后研究;2011年4月-2019年8月在内蒙古大学省部共建草原家畜生殖调控与繁育国家重点实验室,担任干细胞与重编程课题组组长;2019年8月调入华东理工大学药学院。曾先后主持国家“863”高科技计划项目、国家自然基金地区项目、国家自然基金青年项目等国家和省部级项目。先后获得内蒙古自治区****基金、内蒙古自治区“草原英才”青年创新创业人才、内蒙古自治区“青年科技英才计划”青年科技骨干等人才类称号。完成成果鉴定1项,申请发明专利3项,其中PCT专利1项,参与教材和论著的编著3部,发表研究论文30余篇。担任中国整形美容协会干细胞研究与应用分会理事(上海)、中国整形美容协会干细胞研究与应用分会青年工作委员会副秘书长(上海)、内蒙古生物工程学会副秘书长、中国细胞生物学会会员。
研究方向:
主要从事以腺相关病毒和干细胞技术为主的基因和细胞治疗。以代谢罕见病、癌症等为研究对象,利用动物和干细胞模型进行腺相关病毒基因治疗药物的研发和安全性、有效性分析。建立腺相关病毒与干细胞联合的新型治疗技术体系,以及腺相关病毒与传统小分子化合药物联合的新型治疗技术体系。
