利用有机催化剂独特的催化性能和金属催化剂的广谱性设计并催化新型的有机合成反应, 并运用于合成拥有“优势结构”的分子, 并从这些优势结构高效合成复杂的有机分子包括药物分子, 对这些化合物进行药物活性测试, 以期发现有活性的潜在药物分子。设计、合成、筛选传统化疗和分子靶向治疗合二为一的抗癌活性化合物,兼具传统化疗和分子靶向治疗的优点。
