个人简介:

步文博:华东师范大学-化学与分子工程学院,博士、教授(二级)、博士生导师,“国家****基金”获得者、科技部中青年科技创新领军人才;兼职中国科学院上海硅酸盐研究所特聘研究员、复旦大学附属华山医院客座教授。2002年于南京工业大学获博士学位,同年进入中国科学院上海硅酸盐研究所工作,2005年晋升为副研究员,2008年破格晋升为研究员,2009年聘任为博士生导师,2011年起担任高性能陶瓷和超微结构国家重点实验室副主任,2016年作为****加入华东师范大学化学与分子工程学院,目前担任上海市绿色化学与化工过程绿色化重点实验室常务副主任、华东师范大学第三届科学研究委员会委员、化学院学术委员会副主任。
研究方向为稀土生物化学与医用功能材料(招生专业:物理化学、应用化学和药物化学):1.新型光电磁功能材料的化学合成方法学研究; 2. 稀土功能材料的光磁学、分子影像学与疾病(肿瘤)高效诊疗研究;3. 新型多功能材料用于脑科学研究(神经显像与神经调控)。
近五年内,研究工作聚焦于稀土多功能材料的结构设计、化学可控合成及其生物医学应用的基础研究,选择稀土上转换(UCNP)材料体系,围绕无机生物材料的“多模态影像与多功能治疗的高效融合”关键科学问题,在新型UCNP稀土功能材料的设计与制备中做出了系统性创新工作:(1)揭示了UCNP无机影像探针的磁共振影像机理,构建了基于UCNP的系列新型多模态影像探针,实现了单一探针的结构影像和功能影像的高效融合与协同增强成像。(2)发现了UCNP稀土功能材料的“放疗增敏效应”,提出了“克服乏氧、利用乏氧、规避乏氧”三类材料设计策略,实现了精准影像介导下的多功能协同增强的乏氧肿瘤高效治疗;(3)提出了“化学动力学疗法”和“离子干扰疗法”新概念,拓展了无机功能材料用于“肿瘤饥饿疗法”新思路,实现了基于肿瘤微环境特异性诱导激活的高效治疗。该系列研究为解决“常规医学影像探针性能低、常规肿瘤治疗技术(化疗、放疗)固有缺陷”等临床医学瓶颈问题提供了新的研究思路。
近年来,在国家自然科学基金委和上海市科委的资助下,作为项目负责人,先后主持承担了包括七项国家自然科学基金(****、专项、面上)在内的多项国家级科研项目。作为项目骨干,全程参与完成了包括973计划、863计划、国家自然基金重点项目等多项国家级科研项目。
自2008年独立工作以来,作为第一作者 / 通讯作者,在“Nature Nanotechnology”、“Chem”、“J. Am. Chem. Soc.”、“Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.”、“Adv. Mater.”等国际核心SCI学术期刊上发表研究论文60余篇,受邀著名综述类学术期刊“Chem. Rev.”、“Chem. Soc. Rev.”、“Acc. Chem. Res.”、“Coordin.Chem. Rev.”等撰写了多篇专题综述论文,论文SCI他引9200余次,入选Clarivate Analytics(科睿唯安)全球高被引科学家(2019);其中,1篇研究论文入选“2012年中国百篇最具影响国际学术论文”,18篇研究论文入选 ESI “Highly Cited Papers”,10篇研究论文被 Nature/SciBX、Chemical& Engineering News、ChemistryViews、Asian Scientist、ChemistryWorld、Phys.org等国际著名专业新闻媒体作为研究亮点进行了专题报道和评述。获授权中国发明专利多项。
