个人简介



胡小波,华东师范大学通信与电子工程学院 电子工程系 副教授。入选上海市浦江人才。 分别于2008年和2011年在北京师范大学获得物理学专业学士学位和凝聚态物理专业硕士学位,2011-2015年获得日本文部省奖学金并在日本筑波大学获得应用物理学博士学位。2015年至今就职于华东师范大学电子工程系。研究领域包括半导体光电器件包括光伏器件、发光器件等制作及表征以及半导体测试系统的开发,发表学术论文20余篇,授权发明专利4项。
