表观遗传学‚细胞核激素受体‚干细胞和肿瘤
随着人类基因组测序的完成‚表观遗传学已成为引领生物学发展的重要前沿领域。表观遗传学主要研究细胞在增殖、分化、发育过程中的基因表达谱式建立及其维持的机制‚进而阐明基因表达谱式如何决定和维持细胞的表型特性。由于在增殖、分化、发育过程中基因组序列并不发生变化‚表观遗传学也定义为研究在基因序列不改变的情况下细胞所发生的可以遗传的表型变异机制。我们实验室主要研究: 1)表观遗传学的基本分子机制‚如组蛋白乙酰化和去乙酰化酶‚组蛋白甲基化和去甲基化酶的作用机制和功能;2)组蛋白修饰密码的识别和功能解读;3)干细胞和肿瘤的表观遗传调控。此外‚我们还研究细胞核激素受体基因表达调控的分子机制以及在肿瘤发生中的作用。
