张俊华博士，男，白族，云南宾川人，在中学任教五年。1997年10月至2004年7月留学于英国，获伯明翰大学教育学哲学博士学位。2004年回国以来一直在华东师范大学工作，任教育部中学校长培训中心主任助理，主要从事教育领导与管理，学校文化研究，中学校长培训，高等教育教学，国际交流与合作等工作。兼任英文学术刊物《教育行政及历史杂志》国际编委，南非比托大学（UniversityofPretoria）教育学院博士论文校外评审。2003年9月与彼特.雷宾斯（PeterRibbins）教授合作发表的关于中国校长专业发展的两篇论文，“ArtandArtfulnessinHeadshipinRuralChina”，“ArtandArtistryintheTheoryandPracticeofEducationalAdministration”获澳大利亚教育领导委员会（ACEL）2003年度唯一的HedleyBeare教育写作奖，该奖是用来认可由澳大利亚教育领导委员会发表的年度最佳论文。参加的重要国际学术活动包括：2004年10月分别在英联邦国家教育行政管理委员会(CCEAM)召开的主题为“多元社会中的教育领导”的国际研讨会香港大学和华东师范大学会场作论文交流发言。2006年5月受挪威管理学院邀请于2006年6月6日至11日参加第二届国际校长研究会议并做大会主题发言。2008年4月向国际校长联盟（ICP）2008年在中国上海举行的学术研讨会代表作《中国校长培训：问题与对策》的演讲。
