DongSheng Xu has an MSc degree in Science from Southwestern Petroleum University, China. He is an associate professor in the School of Science of Southwestern Petroleum University. More than that, he is a doctoral candidate in school of economics and mathematics of Southwestern University of Finance and Economics and his research direction is financial asset pricing .He has published 20 papers in journals, books and conference proceedings including journals such as Mathematics, Advances in Difference Equations , Journal of Computational and Applied Mathematics, Chaos, Solitons and Fractals, Journal of southwest petroleum university (natural science edition). And three of his research projects are as follows: Humanities and Social Sciences of Ministry of Education Planning Fund Resource Sharing Class of Probability and Statistics, Remaining Oil Research of Zhao 108 Section. He has got the first prize of Teaching competition which is held in Southwest petroleum university, 2007.He teaches Advanced Mathematics, Probability and Statistic in Southwestern Petroleum University.
