徐芳，女，博士，副教授。2003 年 7 月毕业于四川师范大学数学与应用数学专业，获理学学士学位；2006 年 3 月毕业于电子科技大学应用数学专业，获理学硕士学位； 2011年 6月毕业于电子科技大学应用数学专业，获理学博士学位。2011 年 7 月起任教于西南石油大学理学院。已在国际期刊和国际会议发表论文 10余篇。在攻读硕士和博士学位期间，作为项目组成员，参与过硕士生导师舒兰教授、博士生导师章毅教授以及所在团队老师程伟副教授的科研项目的部分研究工作。现主要研究方向：神经网络理论及应用，优化计算及应用。主持了国家自然科学基金项目1项、主持四川省科技厅项目1项。西南石油大学自然科学基金项目1项；作为项目组主要成员，参与国家自然科学基金项目3项、参与省部级基金项目1项，参与校级青年科研创新团队项目1项。2013年入选西南石油大学第二届“中青年骨干教师”培养计划。徐芳同志还作为国家自然科学基金委员会项目通讯评审专家，承担基金项目的评审工作。
