个人简介

梁琦,男,四川省高县人,西南石油大学土木工程与测绘学院副研究员,硕士研究生导师。
梁琦博士本科毕业于西南交通大学(建筑工程专业),硕士毕业于香港城市大学(工程项目管理专业,杰出毕业生),博士毕业于香港城市大学(工程管理专业),并于香港城市大学继续从事博士后研究。梁博士的研究方向包括建筑业职业压力与安全行为研究,老人住宅环境及康养设施管理等。基于前期科研基础,梁琦博士已发表逾20篇学术文章,其中10余篇发表于《Safety Science》、《Habitat International》、《Journal of Management in Engineering》、《Journal of Construction Engineering and Management》、《Construction Management and Economics》等受行业认可的国际高水平SCI、SSCI、EI期刊;多次在国际会议作学术报告。梁琦博士分别于2018年4月、6月受国际名校南洋理工大学及英国诺桑比亚大学邀请做学术报告;并于2019年11月被认证为四川省海外高层次留学人才。
梁琦博士亦积极投身于行业实践及社会服务活动。梁琦博士基于前期研究成果撰写的政策咨询报告被中共中央办公厅采纳,供中央领导人参阅;他目前担任《Journal of Aging Studies》、《Engineering, Construction and Architectural Management》等多本SSCI、SCI、EI期刊匿名审稿人。梁琦博士是香港价值工程学会 (Hong Kong Institute of Value Management) 前会员主管,香港健康师学会(Institute of Safety and Health Practitioners)前执行委员。 梁琦博士完成了价值工程(Value Management)相关课程,包括美国SAVE International 及 香港价值工程学会认可的 Value Management Value Management Module I and Module II课程,并获得美国SAVE International 副价值工程专家认证(Associated Value Specialist AVS)。

研究方向:建筑工程行业职业健康与安全管理,老人住宅项目设施管理,以及BIM和其他建筑技术的应用。
