个人简介
中科院昆明植物所博士毕业后,在中科院成都有机化学研究所进行博士后工作,并于2011年在香港科技大学生物技术研究所传统中药中心进行创新药物设计与合成工作1年,比较熟悉神经生长诱导药物及抗菌、抗炎药物的研发。近5年来,与中国中医科学院、澳门大学、暨南大学等单位合作研究温郁金、山竹子及海洋生物(珊瑚等)等天然产物成分在抑制一氧化氮合成酶、抗肿瘤等方面的应用,发现有价值的先导化合物2个。
目前科研重点为活性天然产物发现及类天然产物合成与功能化应用,主要研究包括基于氨基酸的衍生物(环肽等)、天然产物、活性药物分子的结构衍生合成及其在药物靶向、药物传输方面的功能化应用,同时理论与实验结合,对具有重要研究价值的化学结构、反应机理进行理论计算研究,并以此指导结构鉴定、衍生合成。
已发表科研论文40余篇,其中SCI收录论文28篇,获授权专利4项。主持国家自然科学基金1项,博士后科学基金一等资助1项,参与国家自然科学基金多项。参与研究工作获2008年云南省科学技术奖自然科学类二等奖1项。

2012/07 – 至今,西南科技大学,生命科学与工程学院制药工程系,副研究员;2010/10 – 2011/10,香港科技大学生物技术研究所,访问****;2007/8 – 2010/09,中科院成都有机化学研究所,博士后,副研究员;1998/08 – 2002/08,云南省农科院,研究实习员。

研究领域
蛋白质,细胞乃至生命的形成都是通过自组装来实现的,体系的自组织过程,实质上是微观分子运动有序本质的反映,我们主要研究基于生物分子的可控自组装,比如多肽、树枝状两亲分子等,研究重点在于环境响应及可控分子的设计、合成及功能化(药物分子传递、离子通道)。另外,在抗菌活性三唑类药物的合成、天然产物的结构修饰、天然产物分子手性中心绝对构型的确定方面也取得了一定的进展。
