教师简介
李强,教授、博士生导师。电子科技大学低功耗集成电路与系统研究所所长,低功耗微电子与微系统学科创新引智基地(111计划)负责人。
2001年本科毕业于华中理工大学(现华中科技大学),2006年博士毕业于新加坡南洋理工大学。工作经历包括新加坡无线通信研究中心(CWC/I2R)、南洋理工大学、新加坡微电子研究院(IME)、日本OKI公司新加坡研发中心(OTCS/WTCS)、丹麦奥胡斯大学(AU)等,历任工程师、高级工程师、项目负责人、技术顾问等职务。2011-2014年担任丹麦奥胡斯大学工程系副教授,2013-2017年担任微固学院副院长。
主要研究方向为模拟与混合信号集成电路设计,尤其是ADC、超低压与低功耗技术、生物医疗电子、无线前端IC等。近年来在集成电路领域的顶尖期刊和会议发表过多篇论文,包括JSSC、ISSCC、VLSI、CICC、ESSCIRC、TMTT、TCAS-I、TCAS-II等。出版超宽带射频前端设计英文专著一部。2011年本领域全球引用量前1%文章作者。有多篇文章入选IEEEXplore Top Accessed Documents。获三项美国专利,并有芯片量产。指导研究生获得ISSCC STGA奖励4人次。
目前担任ISSCC(国际固态电路会议)SRP委员、ESSCIRC(欧洲固态电路会议)TPC成员、APCCAS(亚太电路与系统会议)2018年大会主席等学术服务工作。近年来先后入选电子科技大学首批“****”、电子科技大学“青年教师教学优秀奖”等。

科学研究
2006年以来,发表文章90余篇,涵盖了集成电路领域认可度最高的期刊(JSSC、TMTT、TCASI、TCASII)与会议(ISSCC、VLSI、CICC、ESSCIRC、ASSCC)等。是2011年本领域全球高引文章作者。有多篇文章入选IEEEXplore数据库下载量排行榜。

主讲课程
研究领域为模拟集成电路与系统,负责电子科技大学低功耗集成电路与系统研究所与国家低功耗微电子与微系统学科创新引智基地(111计划)。主要研究方向包括模拟与混合信号集成电路设计,尤其是ADC、无线通信前端IC、传感器接口与SoC等。面向应用领域包括无线通信、生物医疗与健康保健、可穿戴、绿色电子等领域。

1. 研究方向与典型成果:

超低电压与极低功耗ADC
(1) 0.5V及以下超低电源电压的极低功耗ADC:国际上首次实现0.15V电源电压下的纳瓦级ADC并在ISSCC-SRP和CICC等顶尖会议宣读成果(电子科大首次ISSCC-SRP、首篇CICC)。目前该工作仍保持着模拟与数模混合IC的最低电源电压记录。
(2) 0.25V/0.3V超低电源电压下的sigma-delta ADC:同等电压下国际上最高的性能指标,发表ESSCIRC等顶尖文章(电子科大首篇ESSCIRC)。
(3) 获得自然科学基金重点项目,是电子科技大学在集成电路设计领域牵头的首个自然基金重点项目。

自适应生物医疗信号采集前端
(1) 自适应全可调心电与脑电信号采集系统:1V 36uW自适应模拟前端发表ESSCIRC等顶尖文章。
(2) 基于干电极的非侵入式EEG脑电采集前端,微瓦级功耗,18G欧姆输入阻抗:发表VLSI顶尖文章(电子科大首篇VLSI),美国专利申请一项。

高速宽带射频IC
(1) 超宽带UWB RFIC:国际上首次实现2-10 GHz无电感超宽带UWB低噪声放大器,发表TMTT、ASSCC等顶尖文章,美国专利授权一项。
(2) 高线性度(高功率)CMOS射频IC:提出线性度改进方案,国际首次实现了一系列高达28GHz带宽与30dBm线性度的CMOS射频开关,发表JSSC、TMTT、TCASI、TCASII等顶尖文章,美国专利授权一项。
(3) 脉冲UWB (Impulse Radio)射频系统设计:发表TAP文章与英文专著一部。
