科学研究
曾先后在美国休斯敦大学从事介电薄膜外延生长和界面控制研究,在Los Alamos国家实验室从事氧化物薄膜及纳米材料的微结构控制和新型制备方法的研究,在Intel封装测试研发中心从事微电子Si工艺和封装工艺集成方面的研究。回国以来,致力于系统地研究电子薄膜和纳米材料的生长、微结构和性能的调控方法,及其在新型电子器件中的应用,目前已建立了团结协作、思想活跃的科研团队,并承担和参加若干国家级科研项目。相关研究成果已获中国发明专利11项、美国专利4项,并在Nature Materials、Advanced Materials、Angewandte Chemie Inter. Ed.、Appl. Phys. Lett.等国际学术期刊上发表SCI收录论文100余篇,SCI他引超过1000次。
目前的研究课题涉及无机柔性电子器件的研究和应用,氧化物铁电和高介电集成薄膜的合成与器件应用,碳基纳米材料的合成方法研究,碳基纳米材料在微电子互连封装及光电子器件中的应用。
