简 介
2002年至今在Nature Commnunications, Nanoscale , IEEE Trans on CAS, IEEE Trans. on VLSI, IEEE Trans. on Electron Device 等共发表SCI收录期刊文章129篇，SCI他引超过600次。获得美国专利授权一项，中国专利授权11项。2012年受美国工程院院士、IEEE fellow施敏教授邀请在其英文专著“Nonvolatile memories: materials,Device and Applications”中撰写了关于新型存储器件的一个回顾章节
