教师简介
苏桦,男,1977年1月出生,博士、教授、博士生导师。1999年获电子科技大学电子材料与元器件专业学士学位,2002年获电子科技大学材料物理与化学专业硕士学位并留校任教,2006年获电子科技大学微电子与固体电子学专业博士学位。主要从事高性能电子功能陶瓷材料及器件应用的研究,近年来在抗EMI(电磁干扰)铁氧体材料、低功耗铁氧体材料、微波旋磁/介电陶瓷材料、复合磁性-介电材料及应用,LTCC(低温共烧陶瓷)材料及器件应用等领域开展了较为深入的研究。2009年获四川省“****学术技术带头人培养计划”支持,2012年获教育部“新世纪优秀人才支持计划”支持。现为电子科技大学“电子薄膜与集成器件”国家重点实验室成员以及“信息薄膜与LTCC集成器件”国家自然基金创新群体成员,四川省科技青年联合会理事。先后主持和主研了国家“863”和“934”项目、国家自然科学基金重点和面上项目、军口预研项目、四川省科技支撑项目以及横向企业合作项目十余项。在包括Appl. Phys. Lett, Phys. Rev. B, J. Appl. Phys, J. Alloy. Comp等国际学术期刊上发表SCI期刊论文80余篇,其中以第一作者发表SCI收录期刊论文28篇。申请国家发明专利20余项,已获授权14项。出版中文著作一部(《软磁铁氧体器件设计及应用》,科学出版社出版),英文著作一章(美国NOVA科技出版社出版),荣获国家技术发明二等奖和国家科技进步二等奖各1项,以及其它省部级二、三等奖8项。担任J. Appl. Phys, IEEE. Trans. Magn, J. Alloy. Comp, Mater. Sci. Eng. B, J. Magn. Magn. Mater等十余个国际学术期刊审稿人以及国际开源学术期刊“International Journal of Advanced Research in Science and Technology (IJARST)”副主编。承担本科生“电子器件基础”和研究生“信息材料基础”课程的讲授。
