教师简介
副教授,研究领域为电子信息功能材料与器件,主要研究兴趣包括:1)LTCC材料与器件的设计与工艺;
2)新型磁介复合材料在电子元器件中的应用;3)微波介电材料与新型储能电容器材料的设计与工艺等。
2011至2013年在美国宾夕法尼亚州立大学材料研究所(MRI)与日本Muarata、Taiyo Yuden等公司合作进行无铅压电MLCC材料与器件的研发。迄今为止,以第一/通讯作者在J. Appl. Phys.、J. Am. Ceram. Soc.、J. Alloys Compd.、Powder Tech.、Mater. Res. Bull.、Appl. Phys. A、J. Electroceram.等本领域权威期刊上发表SCI论文10余篇。完成国家自然科学基金、中央高校基本科研业务费等科研项目2项,参与完成863计划、总装预研等多项重大科研项目。
