? ? ? ? 冯哲圣,男,1974年11月生,湖北郧县人,工学博士。电子科技大学材料与能源学院教授,博士生导师。IEEE会员,中国电子学会高级会员,中国电子学会元件分会委员,四川省电子学会青年专家理事,四川省投资促进特聘顾问(首批),曾任教育部广东省科技特派员、四川省重大引进项目协调推进领导小组办公室项目官员。科技部“863”项目验收专家、科技部创新基金项目评审专家、教育部“****奖励计划”通讯评审专家、工信部产业基金项目评审专家、国家自然基金项目评审专家、四川省科技厅项目鉴定专家、中国烟草总公司四川省公司信息化咨询专家、江苏省扬州市科技奖评审专家。
