个人简介
简贤,男,1982年出生于江西省奉新县。目前为“微纳尺度功能材料与器件中心”(CMD)团队负责人。
主要研究领域涉及微波吸收材料、碳材料CVD合成,ALD-原位Raman表征、二维单晶材料、储能材料(超级电容器、锂离子电池等)研究。研究手段以实验为主,基于第一性原理的模拟计算方法为辅。指导硕士生的研究方向:材料基因工程、新能源材料与器件。
已发表35篇SCI论文,第一作者代表性论文发表在ACS Nano(IF=12.062),ACS applied materials & interface, Chemical Engineering Journal, Crystal growth & Design, Carbon,Nanotechnology,PCCP等著名国际期刊上。授权申请国家发明专利11项;主持项目6项(含国家自然科学青年基金1项,省部级项目3项,校级项目2项,横向课题1项);目前为ACS、RSC等 系列期刊,Carbon,Journal of Materials Chemistry,APL等SCI期刊审稿人。


教育背景


2013年9月毕业于西南交通大学,获得博士学位,材料学专业。
毕业后以“特聘副研究员”身份到电子科技大学工作。
2015年9月-2016年9月,澳大利亚University of Wollongong 高级访问****。

学术成果
代表性成果:
1.提出三维石墨烯胶囊的VDS生长机理、实现原子层可控制备(3-30层)、及功能应用开发(ESI 高引论文,2016)。
2.搭建高通量二维单晶(MX2)合成装置(获得省科技厅100万立项资助,2018)。
3.首次提出“气体诱导法”实现高纯螺旋碳纤维的批量化制备。(ACS Nano, Carbon)
