个人简介
李发明,男,理学博士,特聘副研究员。2016年9月在南京大学物理学院获得理学博士学位,随后进入电子科技大学博士后流动站在刘明侦教授课题组开展研究工作。2018年9月留校工作,现为材料与能源学院特聘副研究员,主要从事新型光伏材料以及光伏器件等方面的研究。
李发明博士长期从事新型钙钛矿材料与器件的研究,特别是在高效率太阳电池的制备上具有深厚的理论基础和丰富的实验经验。目前已在激光晶化、喷涂辅助、维度调控等手段提升钙钛矿太阳电池效率以及稳定性方面做出非常重要的研究成果。其首次提出的激光晶化钙钛矿材料的方法受到领域内极大关注,被材料、化学领域顶级期刊Advances Materials、Angewandte Chemie等广泛引用。李发明博士立足于新型钙钛矿材料的自身基础科学内涵,面向钙钛矿太阳电池的产业化技术之路,自始至终致力于推动光伏器件效率至国内外先进水平。目前已在ACS Nano, Nano energy, JMCA, Nanoscale,Chem. Commun.等权威期刊上发表SCI学术论文40余篇,Google Scholar总引用1000余次,H-index为20。

以杂化钙钛矿材料为基础,探索一系列潜在的新型光伏材料;
