个人简介: 2008年毕业于电子科技大学微电子与固体电子学专业,获博士学位。2012年入选教育部新世纪人才计划。主要研究方向为微波、毫米波器件与磁性材料,微波电阻器、微波衰减器与电阻薄膜材料,无线无源传感器与敏感薄膜材料,自旋电子学等。近几年参与了国防预研、国家自然科学基金重点项目和面上项目、973项目等多个项目的研究。目前,主持自然科学基金重点项目和面上项目,教育部支撑项目等多个项目。在Journal of Alloy and Compounds,J. Appl. Phys.,IEEE trans. Magn.,J. Magn. Magn. Mater.,Physica B,Sensor and Actuator A等国内外重要刊物上发表论文20余篇。(联系电话:)
