个人简介: 2007年入选教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划,2009被遴选为四川省学术和技术带头人后备人选。先后主持国家自然基金项目、973项目子课题等国家及省部级项目十余项,作为研究骨干先后参与国家自然基金重点项目、973课题等多项。

目前已以第一作者或通讯作者身份在IEEE Trans on PAMI / IP / ITS / BME、Optics Express、NeuroImage等国际刊物及计算机视觉领域的国际顶级会议ICCV/CVPR/ECCV等上发表(或录用)学术论文90余篇。论文被引1500+次(Google Scholar)。已申请中国发明专利30余项(其中已授权20余项)。参编国外英文专著2部、中文研究生教材1部。获中国吴文俊人工智能自然科学三等奖(排名第一)。

已培养的博士中有2人获得中国图象图形学学会等全国一级学会的优秀博士学位论文奖(提名);指导硕士和本科生在全国大学生生物医学工程创新设计竞赛等国家级竞赛中获奖5项。

现任中国自动化学会生物控制论与生物医学工程专业委员会主任委员(2018.10~)、中国电子学会生物医学电子学分会副主任委员(2018.5~)、中国计算机学会(CCF)计算机视觉专委会委员等,是IEEE Senior Member、中国电子学会高级会员;担任IEEE Access、IET Image Processing等国际SCI期刊的Associate Editor,是IEEE Trans on PAMI / IP / NNLS / MI / EC、IJCV、Pattern Recognition等国际重要刊物及ICCV/CVPR/ECCV等国际重要学术会议的审稿人。

目前的主要研究方向:
(1)大脑视觉系统的信息处理机制、计算机建模及其在计算机视觉(图像/视频处理)中的应用;
(2)智能医学图像处理。
