个人简介: 教育部新世纪优秀人才计划和四川省****基金入选者。主要从事肿瘤细胞力学、肿瘤微环境-肿瘤细胞相互作用及其细胞信号转导、纳米医学等相关交叉学科的研究,深入开展肿瘤微环境物化特性对肿瘤细胞粘附、迁移与运动的影响规律及其调控的力学-生物学耦合机制,探讨其信号转导网络与途径,寻找分子靶标;开展新型微纳生物材料在基因/药物靶向输送、分子/细胞成像中的应用研究,制备了几种了靶向诊疗一体化的新型纳米载体复合物,并深入研究纳米复合物与靶细胞间的相互作用规律。上述研究对深刻理解肿瘤转移的分子机制及其相关药物的开发、早期诊断与成像有重要意义。主持了包括国家自然科学基金,教育部新世纪优秀人才项目,四川省青年科技基金等多项课题。迄今已在生物医学主流期刊Biotechnology Advances、Journal of Controlled Release、Oncotarget、Cancer Letters、ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces、Scientific Reports、International Journal of Cancer、British Journal of Pharmacology等发表SCI论文50余篇,SCI他引次数800余次,申请/授权发明专利6项,不定期担任Advanced Functional Materials, Journal of Controlled Release, Biomaterials, Journal of Cellular and Molecular Medicine,Small,Drug Discovery Today,JACS等国际杂志的审稿人,现任中国生物力学与生物流变学专业委员会委员,中国生物力学专业委员会委员,中国病理生理学会中国动脉粥样硬化专业委员会委员,四川省生物医学工程学会理事,四川省华人华侨专业人才理事会副会长,《World Journal of Radiology》编委,《Journal of Developmental Biology and Tissue Engineering》编委,《Chinese Journal of Biology》编委,《中国组织工程研究》编委,《医用生物力学》编委。2009年入选教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划,2010年入选四川省****学术技术带头人培育计划,同年被评为电子科技大学“十一五”科研先进工作者,2011年入选四川省学术技术带头人后备人选和电子科技大学“****”,2013年入选四川省有突出贡献的专家,2014年入选四川省****基金。
