个人简介： 教育背景堪萨斯州立大学 （Kansas State University），农业经济学博士, 2005中国人民大学，国际经济学学士，1999工作经历电子科技大学经济与管理学院，副教授，2011—今内布拉斯加大学—国家干旱减灾中心（National Drought Mitigation Center），博士后经济分析师，2006-2011堪萨斯州立大学，助教和助研，2000-2005研究方向丁亚博士的主要研究有，对自然资源（地下水，土壤等）的保护性利用管理，以及相关政策措施的分析；干旱等极端性气候的经济影响，以及减灾措施和长期规划；农业保险的使用和效果分析；全球气候变化对农业生产的影响，以及相关的适应性行为分析。丁亚博士在过去几年中主持和参与了多个美国农业部，美国国家海洋和大气管理局，夏威夷州政府的研究项目，积累了丰富的科研和项目管理经验。
