个人简介
熊永良,教授,博士,博士生导师,出生于四川泸州,1981年考入武汉大学(原武汉测绘科技大学),1985年本科毕业并考入该校硕士研究生,1988获得硕士学位后到西南交大任教。2000年在西南交通大学获博士学位,长期从事GNSS理论及应用研究。获国家公派留学基金资助,2001年到美国俄亥俄州立大学合作科研访问一年,从事长距离GPS实时动态定位研究。2003年在香港理工大学合作科研一年,从事GPS用于大型结构安全监测研究。在国内外学术刊物发表学术论文60余篇,其中SCI和EI收录20余篇,合作出版GPS专著1部,出版GPS教材1部。在GPS基线解算方面提出了若干新的算法(如基于小波变换的GPS基线解算方法;基于可逆模糊度变换和概率计算的GPS动态数据处理算法;含变形约束条件的单历元模糊度分解算法等)。在振动信息提取与多路经削弱方面,提出了基于小波变换的单历元解算和结构振动信息提取算法。在多路径与信号衍射误差建模方面,提出了基于卫星相关分析的多路径筛分与振动信息提取算法。在对流层建模方面,提出了含高程影响因子的对流层建模方法,以及提出了网络RTK中虚拟参考站对流层误差建模方法。在动态数据处理与单历元算法方面,提出了含变形约束的单历元算法,使可靠性和成功率显著提高。成功将长距离动态数据处理算法应用于汶川地震动态变形信息提取,获得满意结果。

BRIEF BIOGRAPHY
Yongliang Xiong,Ph.D,Prof., received his Ph.D degree in geodesy from the Southwest Jiaotong University, PRC, in 2000.The research areas in which he has been involved include GNSS positioning theory,water vapor sounding based on GNSS, the applications of GPS to engineering surveying, deformation monitoring and data processing, adjustment computation, optimal design of control network. His current research is focused on water vapor inversion by GNSS, which is sponsored by NSF (national science Foundation of China). He has published numerous papers in these areas and have received several awards for his contributions.
