冷永祥,男,1972年出生,博士,教授,博士生导师,四川省学术和技术带头人,四川省有突出贡献的优秀专家、教育部新世纪优秀人才、入选四川省杰出青年学科带头人培养资助计划,自1997年从事材料表面改性研究工作以来,先后主持国家自然科学基金3项、教育部新世纪优秀人才项目1项、四川省杰出青年基金1项、四川省科技攻关项目及应用基础项目2项、国家重点企业研究项目3项、“863”项目子课题1项,作为主研人员参与国家重点基础研究规划项目“973”2项,“863”项目2项,共发表文章160余篇,SCI检索文章100多篇。参与编写专著2本,主编国际会议论文集2本。获得四川省2007年科技进步一等奖1项,2009年海南省科技三等奖1项。获得国家发明专利8项。现主要从事材料表面改性、离子束技术应用、生物材料表面工程等方面的研究工作。

表面改性设备:
等离子体浸没离子注入设备 非平衡磁控溅射沉积装置微波等离子体磁过滤弧源沉积设备
研究成果:
研究开发出纳米TiN、TiAlN、DLC、Cr-N等十余种耐磨、防腐薄膜,应用于刀具、模具、核工业等领域,显著提高零部件寿命。
TiN/Ti, CrN/Cr, TiAlN/Ti、SiN等多层调制薄膜
在国家重大项目“863”及 “973”的支持下,研究出血管支架及人工心脏瓣膜表面改性技术,开发了新型血管支架及人工心脏瓣膜。
研究出抗凝血、抗增生性能优于国内外现有产品的新型血管支架
血管支架抗凝血性能优异,并具有抑制血管组织增生及阻止有害离子Cr、Ni等释放的功能。
血管支架应用于冠心病患者的救治,心血管疾病是世界和中国死亡率第一的疾病,我国有2000多万冠心病患者,每年死亡超过200万人。血管支架的应用可使危重冠心病患者死亡率下降90%以上。
研究出抗凝血、抗感染性能优于国内外现有产品的新型人工心脏瓣膜
表面改性的人工心脏瓣膜具有优异的抗凝血性、抗菌性及力学耐久性。
人工心脏瓣膜8个月动物实验结果显示出新型人工心脏瓣膜优异的抗凝血性能该研究已经完成体外与动物实验,即将开展临床研究。
高度耐久的人工关节
人工关节广泛应用车祸、关节疾病患者的关节置换,目前临床应用的人工关节存在易于磨损而出现“磨屑病”,平均寿命只有10年,本团队执行国家“863”项目,对人工关节表面改性,发展出具有优异耐久性的新型人工关节,耐久性大幅度提高

科研团队
团队以黄楠教授为带头人,始建于90年代初,以等离子体表面改性、心血管生物材料、植入介入器械研制和高性能防腐耐磨薄膜研究为特色,是一个多学科交叉团队和国际先进的实验室。通过持续发展,在国际上形成重要影响,承担和完成四十多项国家“973”、“863”重大项目、国家自然科学基金项目,发表文章400余篇,申请和获得专利约30项,获省部级科技奖励3项,评为国家自然科学基金优秀成果,作为“西南地区等离子体表面改性中心”“国家生物医学材料工程中心表面改性研究所”,被国内外权威专家评价为“我国生物材料科学与工程领域的代表性成果”、“亚洲最好的生物材料研究实验室之一”。
