个人简历杨维清,博士,教授,四川省“****”入选者,四川省杰出青年基金获得者。2007年硕士毕业于四川大学原子与分子物理专业,主要应用密度泛函理论研究半导体材料的物理特性,毕业后到成都信息工程学院工作。2009年评为讲师,2011年博士毕业于四川大学材料学院凝聚态物理专业,并获得理学博士学位。2011年破格晋升副教授,2011年10月在电子科大电子薄膜与集成器件国家重点实验室做博士后,主要从事白光LED荧光材料的制备以及LED封装技术与理论研究工作。2013年1月2014年2月,到美国佐治亚理工学院王中林院士课题组从事纳米能源材料与微电子集成器件的博士后研究。近年来,在Advanced Materials(IF:15.409),NanoLetter(IF:12.94), Advanced Functional Materials(IF:10.439), ACSNano(IF:12.033), Advanced Energy Materials(IF:14.385),NanoResearch(IF:7.431),ActaMaterialia(IF:3.94)等国际著名刊物上发表论文71篇,均为SCI刊源,10余篇影响因子大于11,14篇一区,34篇一作,19篇通信作者。所做的工作被美国知名网站美国国家自然基金委(NSF)、Newscientist等近10家媒体专题报道,受到法国路透社,中国科学网、中国储能网、中国网、新华网、人民网、凤凰网等多家国内外媒体关注。
研究方向(1)纳米能源材料与微电子集成器件。
