个人简历 周绍兵,博士,教授,博士生导师,教育部新世纪优秀人才,四川省学术和技术带头人,成都市突出贡献优秀专家。研究方向是生物医用高分子材料的合成及其在药物控制释放靶向制剂、形状记忆智能材料和组织工程支架方面的应用基础研究。1996年四川大学化学系获学士学位,2003年于中国科学院成都有机化学研究所获博士学位,2004年作为优秀人才引进到西南交通大学材材料先进技术教育部重点实验室工作,建立了生物医用高分子材料合成和药物控制释放制剂实验室,2011年到美国哈佛大学作访问学者。主持过国家自然科学基金项目6项,国家重大研究计划子课题1项,教育部新世纪优秀人才基金1项,四川省杰出青年基金1项。目前在Advanced Materials (影响因子17.49),Acs Nano(影响因子12.8),Advanced Functional Materials(影响因子11.82), Chemistry of Materials, Biomaterials, Journal of Controlled Release和Macromolecules等SCI收录期刊发表文章100余篇,文章SCI他引2000余次,单篇最高SCI他引170次,合作出版外文专著1部(贡献1章),作为第一发明人申请中国发明专利10余项,7项获得授权。2003年荣获中国科学院院长优秀奖,2010年荣获“第八届詹天佑科学技术奖专项基金奖”,2011年荣获“第十一届四川省青年科技奖”。目前,任国际期刊American Journal of Materials Scienceand Technology副主编,国际期刊Advanced Materials Letter 编委,还担任Advanced Materials (影响因子17.4),Angewandte Chemie InternationalEdition (影响因子11.73)、Advanced Functional Materials (影响因子11.8)、Biomaterials(影响因子8.52)、Macromolecules、Journal of Controlled Release、Molecular Pharmaceutics等40余种国际期刊评审人。
在指导的研究生中, 其中8位研究生毕业论文获四川省优秀硕士论文奖, 1位博士生毕业论文获四川省优秀博士论文奖,13位研究生获校优秀硕士论文。2010年和2011年连续两年被评为本科毕业设计优秀指导教师。 2014年被学校评为首届西南交通大学“十佳研究生导师”荣誉称号。

(1) 可生物降解高分子新材料的合成;(2) 药物控制释放靶向新制剂的研究; (3) 可生物降解形状记忆高分子材料及复合材料的研究;(4) 可生物降解高分子静电纺丝纤维组织工程支架的研究。

(1) 靶向药物控制释放新制剂的研究
a. 具有主动靶向的pH敏感抗肿瘤药物胶束
如图所示,该叶酸靶向的pH敏感载药胶束能特异性识别肿瘤细胞表面的叶酸受体,实现主动靶向,在肿瘤细胞内酸性条件下腙键发生断裂,快速的释放药物,体内实验证实这一体系能显著得抑制肿瘤生长,同时能降低化疗药物对正常组织的毒副作用。

如图2所示,以抗肿瘤药物姜黄素为模型,我们成功制备了新型聚酸酐载药胶束,用于肿瘤治疗,在谷胱甘肽作用下能实现药物近零次释放,且体内实验证明该胶束能在肿瘤细胞内快速释放药物,对肿瘤生长具有明显地抑制效果(如图所示)

b. 形状记忆多孔组织工程支架
将可降解的形状记忆高分子材料先制备成孔隙贯通的海绵状多孔支架,再通过压缩使该支架变形成体积较小的支架,这样就可方便地将其植入骨缺损部位,在体温刺激下该压缩支架在骨缺损部位可产生良好形状恢复,而将缺损部位填充完全(如图所示)

b. 载药静电纺丝纤维用于瘢痕修复
我们针对皮肤瘢痕疙瘩这种临床上的难治疾病,开展了以携载双组份药物的可吸收高分子纤维膜作为一种新型的医用敷料,通过经皮给药方式传递药物修复瘢痕疙瘩的治疗方法(如图5所示)。经过对建有瘢痕疙瘩模型的裸鼠治疗实验证明,载药纤维不但有明显地抗菌功能,还能显著的软化瘢痕疙瘩,瘢痕疙瘩的体积变化比用传统硅凝胶敷贴组明显。

c. 静电纺丝高分子可吸收纤维用于电刺激组织工程支架的研究
静电纺丝可以制备高孔隙率,高通透性的三维组织工程支架,纤维可以作为生长因子等生物活性因子,药物的载体,同时可以参杂其他有机或无机材料以提高静电纺丝纤维的功能行,以及更好的模拟细胞外基质的结构和功能。

Shaobing Zhou received his B.S. degree in polymer chemistry from Sichuan University in 1996and Ph.D. degree in organic chemistry from Chengdu Institute of OrganicChemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2003. He was promoted in 2005 to FullProfessor of polymer chemistry at School of Materials Science and Engineering,Southwest Jiaotong University. His research interests include the synthesis andcharacterization of biodegradable polymers, drug controlled release system, shape memory polymer composites and electrospunbiodegradable polymer fibers as tissue engineering scaffold.From year 2001to present,he is the principle investigator of four National Natural ScienceFoundations of China, and he joined seven state-level researchwork including one State Key Basic Research Plan (973 plan). In 2003, he wonChinese Academy of Sciences Dean Award. In 2007, hewas awarded New Century Excellent Talent in University by Ministry of Educationof China. In 2008, he was awarded SichuanProminent Young Talent by Sichuan Province. In 2009, he was approved to ChengduOutstanding Contribution and Excellent Expert by Chengdu city government.In 2010, he won Zhan Tianyou SpecialAward for Youth Award of Ministry of Railways of China.In 2011, he won Sichuan Youth Science and Technology Award of Sichuan Provincegovernment.
He is the author or coauthor of more than 70 refereedarticles, 1 book chapter and 8 Chinese patents/patent applications. He has beencited over 1300 times and has an h-index of 23. 个人简历 周绍兵,博士,教授,博士生导师,教育部新世纪优秀人才,四川省学术和技术带头人,成都市突出贡献优秀专家。研究方向是生物医用高分子材料的合成及其在药物控制释放靶向制剂、形状记忆智能材料和组织工程支架方面的应用基础研究。1996年四川大学化学系获学士学位,2003年于中国科学院成都有机化学研究所获博士学位,2004年作为优秀人才引进到西南交通大学材材料先进技术教育部重点实验室工作,建立了生物医用高分子材料合成和药物控制释放制剂实验室,2011年到美国哈佛大学作访问学者。主持过国家自然科学基金项目6项,国家重大研究计划子课题1项,教育部新世纪优秀人才基金1项,四川省杰出青年基金1项。目前在Advanced Materials (影响因子17.49),Acs Nano(影响因子12.8),Advanced Functional Materials(影响因子11.82), Chemistry of Materials, Biomaterials, Journal of Controlled Release和Macromolecules等SCI收录期刊发表文章100余篇,文章SCI他引2000余次,单篇最高SCI他引170次,合作出版外文专著1部(贡献1章),作为第一发明人申请中国发明专利10余项,7项获得授权。2003年荣获中国科学院院长优秀奖,2010年荣获“第八届詹天佑科学技术奖专项基金奖”,2011年荣获“第十一届四川省青年科技奖”。目前,任国际期刊American Journal of Materials Scienceand Technology副主编,国际期刊Advanced Materials Letter 编委,还担任Advanced Materials (影响因子17.4),Angewandte Chemie InternationalEdition (影响因子11.73)、Advanced Functional Materials (影响因子11.8)、Biomaterials(影响因子8.52)、Macromolecules、Journal of Controlled Release、Molecular Pharmaceutics等40余种国际期刊评审人。
在指导的研究生中, 其中8位研究生毕业论文获四川省优秀硕士论文奖, 1位博士生毕业论文获四川省优秀博士论文奖,13位研究生获校优秀硕士论文。2010年和2011年连续两年被评为本科毕业设计优秀指导教师。 2014年被学校评为首届西南交通大学“十佳研究生导师”荣誉称号。

(1) 靶向药物控制释放新制剂的研究
a. 具有主动靶向的pH敏感抗肿瘤药物胶束
如图所示,该叶酸靶向的pH敏感载药胶束能特异性识别肿瘤细胞表面的叶酸受体,实现主动靶向,在肿瘤细胞内酸性条件下腙键发生断裂,快速的释放药物,体内实验证实这一体系能显著得抑制肿瘤生长,同时能降低化疗药物对正常组织的毒副作用。

b. 具有还原敏感型聚酸酐抗肿瘤药物胶束
如图2所示,以抗肿瘤药物姜黄素为模型,我们成功制备了新型聚酸酐载药胶束,用于肿瘤治疗,在谷胱甘肽作用下能实现药物近零次释放,且体内实验证明该胶束能在肿瘤细胞内快速释放药物,对肿瘤生长具有明显地抑制效果(如图所示)

a. 三重形状记忆聚氨酯材料的合成及性能表征

b. 形状记忆多孔组织工程支架
将可降解的形状记忆高分子材料先制备成孔隙贯通的海绵状多孔支架,再通过压缩使该支架变形成体积较小的支架,这样就可方便地将其植入骨缺损部位,在体温刺激下该压缩支架在骨缺损部位可产生良好形状恢复,而将缺损部位填充完全(如图所示)

b. 载药静电纺丝纤维用于瘢痕修复
我们针对皮肤瘢痕疙瘩这种临床上的难治疾病,开展了以携载双组份药物的可吸收高分子纤维膜作为一种新型的医用敷料,通过经皮给药方式传递药物修复瘢痕疙瘩的治疗方法(如图5所示)。经过对建有瘢痕疙瘩模型的裸鼠治疗实验证明,载药纤维不但有明显地抗菌功能,还能显著的软化瘢痕疙瘩,瘢痕疙瘩的体积变化比用传统硅凝胶敷贴组明显。

c. 静电纺丝高分子可吸收纤维用于电刺激组织工程支架的研究
静电纺丝可以制备高孔隙率,高通透性的三维组织工程支架,纤维可以作为生长因子等生物活性因子,药物的载体,同时可以参杂其他有机或无机材料以提高静电纺丝纤维的功能行,以及更好的模拟细胞外基质的结构和功能。

Shaobing Zhou received his B.S. degree in polymer chemistry from Sichuan University in 1996and Ph.D. degree in organic chemistry from Chengdu Institute of OrganicChemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2003. He was promoted in 2005 to FullProfessor of polymer chemistry at School of Materials Science and Engineering,Southwest Jiaotong University. His research interests include the synthesis andcharacterization of biodegradable polymers, drug controlled release system, shape memory polymer composites and electrospunbiodegradable polymer fibers as tissue engineering scaffold.From year 2001to present,he is the principle investigator of four National Natural ScienceFoundations of China, and he joined seven state-level researchwork including one State Key Basic Research Plan (973 plan). In 2003, he wonChinese Academy of Sciences Dean Award. In 2007, hewas awarded New Century Excellent Talent in University by Ministry of Educationof China. In 2008, he was awarded SichuanProminent Young Talent by Sichuan Province. In 2009, he was approved to ChengduOutstanding Contribution and Excellent Expert by Chengdu city government.In 2010, he won Zhan Tianyou SpecialAward for Youth Award of Ministry of Railways of China.In 2011, he won Sichuan Youth Science and Technology Award of Sichuan Provincegovernment.
He is the author or coauthor of more than 70 refereedarticles, 1 book chapter and 8 Chinese patents/patent applications. He has beencited over 1300 times and has an h-index of 23. Currentlyhe is one of associate editors of the journal: American Journal ofMaterials Science and Technology and on the Editorial Board of the journalAdvanced Materials Letter, and is also an ad-hoc reviewer for 27 internationaljournals such as Angew Chem Int Edit, Biomaterials, Macromolecules, Journal ofControlled release. . (1) 靶向药物控制释放新制剂的研究
a. 具有主动靶向的pH敏感抗肿瘤药物胶束
如图所示,该叶酸靶向的pH敏感载药胶束能特异性识别肿瘤细胞表面的叶酸受体,实现主动靶向,在肿瘤细胞内酸性条件下腙键发生断裂,快速的释放药物,体内实验证实这一体系能显著得抑制肿瘤生长,同时能降低化疗药物对正常组织的毒副作用。

b. 具有还原敏感型聚酸酐抗肿瘤药物胶束
如图2所示,以抗肿瘤药物姜黄素为模型,我们成功制备了新型聚酸酐载药胶束,用于肿瘤治疗,在谷胱甘肽作用下能实现药物近零次释放,且体内实验证明该胶束能在肿瘤细胞内快速释放药物,对肿瘤生长具有明显地抑制效果(如图所示)

b. 形状记忆多孔组织工程支架
将可降解的形状记忆高分子材料先制备成孔隙贯通的海绵状多孔支架,再通过压缩使该支架变形成体积较小的支架,这样就可方便地将其植入骨缺损部位,在体温刺激下该压缩支架在骨缺损部位可产生良好形状恢复,而将缺损部位填充完全(如图所示)

b. 载药静电纺丝纤维用于瘢痕修复
我们针对皮肤瘢痕疙瘩这种临床上的难治疾病,开展了以携载双组份药物的可吸收高分子纤维膜作为一种新型的医用敷料,通过经皮给药方式传递药物修复瘢痕疙瘩的治疗方法(如图5所示)。经过对建有瘢痕疙瘩模型的裸鼠治疗实验证明,载药纤维不但有明显地抗菌功能,还能显著的软化瘢痕疙瘩,瘢痕疙瘩的体积变化比用传统硅凝胶敷贴组明显。

c. 静电纺丝高分子可吸收纤维用于电刺激组织工程支架的研究
静电纺丝可以制备高孔隙率,高通透性的三维组织工程支架,纤维可以作为生长因子等生物活性因子,药物的载体,同时可以参杂其他有机或无机材料以提高静电纺丝纤维的功能行,以及更好的模拟细胞外基质的结构和功能。

Shaobing Zhou received his B.S. degree in polymer chemistry from Sichuan University in 1996and Ph.D. degree in organic chemistry from Chengdu Institute of OrganicChemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2003. He was promoted in 2005 to FullProfessor of polymer chemistry at School of Materials Science and Engineering,Southwest Jiaotong University. His research interests include the synthesis andcharacterization of biodegradable polymers, drug controlled release system, shape memory polymer composites and electrospunbiodegradable polymer fibers as tissue engineering scaffold.From year 2001to present,he is the principle investigator of four National Natural ScienceFoundations of China, and he joined seven state-level researchwork including one State Key Basic Research Plan (973 plan). In 2003, he wonChinese Academy of Sciences Dean Award. In 2007, hewas awarded New Century Excellent Talent in University by Ministry of Educationof China. In 2008, he was awarded SichuanProminent Young Talent by Sichuan Province. In 2009, he was approved to ChengduOutstanding Contribution and Excellent Expert by Chengdu city government.In 2010, he won Zhan Tianyou SpecialAward for Youth Award of Ministry of Railways of China.In 2011, he won Sichuan Youth Science and Technology Award of Sichuan Provincegovernment.
He is the author or coauthor of more than 70 refereedarticles, 1 book chapter and 8 Chinese patents/patent applications. He has beencited over 1300 times and has an h-index of 23. Currentlyhe is one of associate editors of the journal: American Journal ofMaterials Science and Technology and on the Editorial Board of the journalAdvanced Materials Letter, and is also an ad-hoc reviewer for 27 internationaljournals such as Angew Chem Int Edit, Biomaterials, Macromolecules, Journal ofControlled release. . b. 具有还原敏感型聚酸酐抗肿瘤药物胶束
如图2所示,以抗肿瘤药物姜黄素为模型,我们成功制备了新型聚酸酐载药胶束,用于肿瘤治疗,在谷胱甘肽作用下能实现药物近零次释放,且体内实验证明该胶束能在肿瘤细胞内快速释放药物,对肿瘤生长具有明显地抑制效果(如图所示)

b. 形状记忆多孔组织工程支架
将可降解的形状记忆高分子材料先制备成孔隙贯通的海绵状多孔支架,再通过压缩使该支架变形成体积较小的支架,这样就可方便地将其植入骨缺损部位,在体温刺激下该压缩支架在骨缺损部位可产生良好形状恢复,而将缺损部位填充完全(如图所示)

b. 载药静电纺丝纤维用于瘢痕修复
我们针对皮肤瘢痕疙瘩这种临床上的难治疾病,开展了以携载双组份药物的可吸收高分子纤维膜作为一种新型的医用敷料,通过经皮给药方式传递药物修复瘢痕疙瘩的治疗方法(如图5所示)。经过对建有瘢痕疙瘩模型的裸鼠治疗实验证明,载药纤维不但有明显地抗菌功能,还能显著的软化瘢痕疙瘩,瘢痕疙瘩的体积变化比用传统硅凝胶敷贴组明显。

c. 静电纺丝高分子可吸收纤维用于电刺激组织工程支架的研究
静电纺丝可以制备高孔隙率,高通透性的三维组织工程支架,纤维可以作为生长因子等生物活性因子,药物的载体,同时可以参杂其他有机或无机材料以提高静电纺丝纤维的功能行,以及更好的模拟细胞外基质的结构和功能。

Shaobing Zhou received his B.S. degree in polymer chemistry from Sichuan University in 1996and Ph.D. degree in organic chemistry from Chengdu Institute of OrganicChemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2003. He was promoted in 2005 to FullProfessor of polymer chemistry at School of Materials Science and Engineering,Southwest Jiaotong University. His research interests include the synthesis andcharacterization of biodegradable polymers, drug controlled release system, shape memory polymer composites and electrospunbiodegradable polymer fibers as tissue engineering scaffold.From year 2001to present,he is the principle investigator of four National Natural ScienceFoundations of China, and he joined seven state-level researchwork including one State Key Basic Research Plan (973 plan). In 2003, he wonChinese Academy of Sciences Dean Award. In 2007, hewas awarded New Century Excellent Talent in University by Ministry of Educationof China. In 2008, he was awarded SichuanProminent Young Talent by Sichuan Province. In 2009, he was approved to ChengduOutstanding Contribution and Excellent Expert by Chengdu city government.In 2010, he won Zhan Tianyou SpecialAward for Youth Award of Ministry of Railways of China.In 2011, he won Sichuan Youth Science and Technology Award of Sichuan Provincegovernment.
He is the author or coauthor of more than 70 refereedarticles, 1 book chapter and 8 Chinese patents/patent applications. He has beencited over 1300 times and has an h-index of 23. Currentlyhe is one of associate editors of the journal: American Journal ofMaterials Science and Technology and on the Editorial Board of the journalAdvanced Materials Letter, and is also an ad-hoc reviewer for 27 internationaljournals such as Angew Chem Int Edit, Biomaterials, Macromolecules, Journal ofControlled release. .
