个人简介
余志斌:(1977-),湖南宁乡人,博士,副教授。2000年毕业于中南大学计算机应用专业,同年进入襄樊铁路分局工作。2004年考取西南交通大学计算机应用专业硕士研究生,并于2006年直接选派攻读博士学位,2010年获信号与信息处理专业博士学位,同年留校任教至今。在攻读博士学位期间曾在中国电子科技集团第二十九研究所科研联合培养基地工作两年。
自2004年至今,主持中央高校基本科研业务费专项基金项目1项。作为核心成员,先后参与1项国家863项目、3项国家自然科学基金、1项国家自然科学基金重点项目、2项省部级基金和1项电子对抗国防科技重点实验室基金项目的研究。在国内外期刊和会议上发表相关专业学术论文30余篇,其中EI/ISTP收录近20篇。长期担任《Journal of the Franklin Institute》、《西安交通大学学报》和《数据采集与处理学报》等国内外期刊和"International Conference on Advances in Energy Engineering","International Congress on Image and Signal Processing"、"World Congress on Intelligent Control and Automation"等IEEE国际会议特约审稿人。
目前主要研究兴趣涉及信号与图像处理(特别是雷达信号特征分析、信号分选识别及其置信度研究)、模式识别、复杂网络(尤其是电网和交通网络的规划与柔性研究)和高速列车安全服役性态表征与反演识别等领域。

Summary of Personal Activities
Dr.Zhibin Yu received the M.S.and Ph.D.degrees in School of Information Science and Technology from Southwest Jiaotong University, Chengdu, Sichuan, China, in 2006 and 2010, respectively. He is currently working in the Department of Electronic Information Engineering, School of Electrical Engineering, Southwest Jiaotong University, as an associate professor. His current research interests include radar signal and image processing, fault diagnosing, pattern recognition, complex network,learning theory and optimization problems and their applications.
