◆个人简历
2015年6月获得四川农业大学作物遗传育种专业农学博士学位。2012年-2014年,留学于澳大利亚联邦科工组织(CSIRO)。四川农业大学优秀博士学位论文获得者。2015年6月以引进人才方式进入小麦研究所工作。2019年10月晋升为教授。2020年6月晋升为博士生导师。四川省学术和技术带头人后备人选,四川省海外留学人员。国家自然基金项目、四川省科技厅项目、北京和重庆科技局项目评审专家。目前在《The Plant Journal》、《Genome Biology and Evolution》、《Theoretical Applied and Genetics》、《BMC Genomics》、《Planta》、《Plant Methods》、《BMC Evolutionary Biology》等国际知名农学期刊发表论文60余篇,其中以(共同)第一和通讯作者发表论文30余篇。ESI高被引论文1篇。参与获得省科技进步一等奖1项,主研获得省科技成果鉴定1项。主研选育小麦新品种3个。主持/主研获得授权国家发明专利8/1项。主持国家自然基金面上和青年基金、省教育厅/科技厅/人社厅等重点项目等。《Frontiers in Genetics》副主编,《Scientific Reports》、《Frontiers in Plant Science》、《Plant Cell Report》、《BMC Genomics》、《JIA》、《Peer J》等杂志审稿人。

◆研究领域
小麦产量性状基因的定位、分离、功能分析及其育种应用
利用经典遗传学、转录组学和比较基因组学等对控制小麦产量性状(如籽粒大小、小穗数、分蘖数目和角度)位点进行遗传定位、验证、分离和功能分析。同时利用反向遗传学手段分离产量相关性状的同源基因,对其结构、表达及其功能进行解析。最终通过常规育种和基因工程技术培育具有优异基因的小麦品系(种)。
