分别于1987年和1990年在空军工程学院(现名:空军工程大学)获学士和硕士学位,2002年在新加坡南洋理工大学获得博士学位。1990~1997年任空军驻沈阳飞机制造公司军事代表从事国产歼击机的研制工作。曾先后在Teraoka Weigh-System和中创信测等公司任职。2004年至今在沈阳航空航天大学任教,主要研究方向为卫星和机器人的动力学控制与编队控制,曾于2006-2009年返回新加坡南洋理工大学从事博士后研究(Research Fellow)。在新加坡期间,先后参加了新加坡港务局(PSA)的大型载重运输机器人、与法国INRIA合作的智能移动机器人、以及新加坡国防科技局(DSTA)的卫星编队飞行等项目的研究。回国后得到了包括国家自然科学基金和人社部留学回国人员择优资助等项目的支持,并承担了沈阳飞机设计研究所和东方红卫星公司的多个航空航天领域的实际项目。在AIAA/IEEE/ASME等国际期刊和《宇航学报》等国内期刊,以及IEEE的CDC/ACC/Aerospace等重要国际会议上发表论文40余篇,其单篇文章被SCI他引70余次。目前担任了核心期刊《航天控制》的编委,并在The 5th IEEE International Conference on Cybernetics and Intelligent Systems (CIS) 国际会议上担任了程序委员会委员和副主编(program committee, associate editor)。目前是国家自然科学基金评议人,并担任Meccanica,Chinese Journal of Aeronautics ,《宇航学报》,《控制理论与应用》等国际和国内自学术名期刊的审稿专家。
