乔枫，男，1960年11月生，沈阳建筑大学信息与控制工程学院，教授，博士，硕士生导师，英国西英格兰大学特聘博士生导师。
乔枫教授于1982年8月和1987年1月在东北工学院(现东北大学)获学士和硕士学位，于2005年2月在英国西英格兰大学获博士学位。1987年2月至2001年5月在冶金自动化研究设计院(北京)从事计算机与电气工程专业的研究与设计工作，在此期间完成了多项大型工程项目和国际合作项目，如主持由原国家经贸委贴息贷款资助的酒泉钢铁公司能源中心项目和英国CoSteel Sheerness钢厂的计算机信息系统开发等工程项目。在英国留学期间，乔枫教授从事控制系统智能建模与控制方向的研究，完成了由Henry Lester基金会和中英教育基金会资助的机械手臂自适应模糊滑动模控制、直升机模糊滑动盘旋控制和汽车悬挂系统减震控制等研究课题。现在，乔枫教授担任仿真与流程建模国际杂志(IJSPM-International Journal of Simulation and Process Modelling)主编，建模、辨识与控制国际杂志(IJMIC-International Journal of Modelling, Identification and Control)副主编，同时在多次国际会议中担任组委会和程序委员会委员职务。2011年2月至2012年2月在英国莱斯特大学进行为期一年的学术访问。
