王建华,男,教授,博士生导师,国家杰出青年科学基金获得者。1985年于南开大学化学系获学士学位;1988年于吉林大学化学系获硕士学位,指导教师为徐如人院士和冯守华院士;2002年获丹麦科技大学化学系哲学博士学位,导师为流动注射分析的创始人Elo Harald Hansen教授。1997-1998年为美国特拉华大学(University of Delaware)化学与生物化学系访问学者,从事串联质谱及其分析应用的研究。
  王建华教授与2006.11-2015.7担任东北大学理学院院长,2015.7起任东北大学副校长。辽宁省“流动分析与装备”重点实验室主任。担任Talanta副主编(2004.12起),英国皇家化学会Journal of Analytical Atomic Spectrometry(2007-2010)、分析化学、光谱学与光谱分析、分析科学学报、分析试验室、应用化工、东北大学学报等期刊编委。
近年来的主要研究工作
1.生命物质分离富集新方法系列与检测技术:建立了介观流控-DNA自动检测微集成系统;发展了介观流控-自动DNA分离-全功能集成系统;发展了绿色溶剂萃取分离核酸的新体系及作用机理;建立了离子液体及其相关系统选择性分离富集特定蛋白质的新体系,并揭示了相关作用机理;研究了一系列新型分离富集载体(碳纳米结构、多金属氧酸盐及其复合物/衍生物)选择性萃取分离蛋白质或蛋白质组的新方法。
2.可更新表面微型化样品预处理平台:发展了阀上实验室微珠注射和原位表面更新技术;发展了可更新表面-微型化样品预处理平台系列;建立了介观流控-分离富集-原子荧光微型集成系统。
3.基于在线萃取的分离富集新方法系列:发展了细胞萃取分离富集新方法,拓展了金属形态分析的新途径;揭示了疏水性表面吸附亲水性沉淀的机理;提出PTFE微珠固相萃取分离富集新体系;发展了在线多级溶剂萃取和新型反萃取方法系列。
4.原子光谱分析新技术:近年来,首次报道了基于阀上实验室的微型化原子荧光光谱分析系统;利用介质阻挡放电技术(DBD )产生的低温等离子体作为微型原子化器以及激发源,发展了微型化原子荧光光谱及原子发射光谱分析系统。
5. 开拓了原子光谱和元素质谱在生命科学研究中的新应用,在单细胞分析、生命重要物质的识别、细胞中金属成像与定量分析等方面取得了一系列新进展。
(1)发展了三维微交叉液滴发生与单细胞包裹技术,实现了高通量、高精度单细胞引入ICPMS检测,并研究了单个细胞对金纳米粒子的胞吞、代谢等,为研究单细胞行为的异质性提供了新途径;(2)将稀土上转换纳米粒子与单链DNA复合,通过目标物microRNA引发稀土上转换纳米粒子参与的DNA循环杂交链式反应,结合ICPMS检测,实现了对microRNA的超灵敏定量分析;(3)提出了基于细胞荧光成像而实现对细胞内金属进行绝对定量的分析新方法。
  发表研究论文300余篇,论文的H指数为45。2015年获辽宁五一劳动奖章;2014年沈阳劳动模范,并获流动注射分析科学奖(FIA Award for Science);2009年获中国化学会分析化学基础研究梁树权奖,并被评为辽宁省优秀教师;2008年被评为辽宁省优秀科技工作者;2007年获国家杰出青年科学基金、教育部自然科学一等奖、宝钢优秀教师奖;2006年获沈阳市优秀科技工作者、沈阳市优秀共产党员称号、享受政府特殊津贴;2005年获全国化工优秀科技工作者;2004年入选辽宁省“百千万人才工程”百人层次。
