褚恩辉,博士,教授,博士生导师。2003年毕业于日本山口大学电气工程专业。长期从事先进电力电子及应用,高频软开关电力变换器(AC-DC、DC-DC、DC-AC、AC-AC)拓扑结构及控制方式研究。以第一作者在国际顶级学术期刊IEEE Transactions on Power Electronics发表5篇学术长文,在其它IEEE汇刊、英国IET汇刊以及日本IEEJ、IEICE汇刊等权威国际期刊、国内一级学报和国际会议发表论文120多篇。主持和参与国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家自然科学基金重大仪器仪表专项、国家重点863专项、辽宁省自然科学基金、归国留学人员基金、教育部基本科研业务费等各类项目10多项。申请美国和中国发明专利25项。曾就职于日本新日铁YUTAKA电气研究所,从事软开关电力变换技术在新能源(太阳能、风能、燃料电池)等电力变换系统中的应用与研究开发工作。目前担任多家国际期刊和国内学报审稿人。获第67届德国纽伦堡国际发明展金奖、美国匹兹堡国际发明博览会工业装备金奖各1项。获辽宁省科技进步一等奖、沈阳市科技进步一等奖各1项、辽宁省自然科学学术成果一等奖4项、二等奖2项、3等奖2项;第二届正泰杯全国工程师设计大赛优秀奖1项;指导的硕士研究生5名获东北大学优秀硕士学位论文;荣获中国电机工程学报特别贡献奖、中国电机工程学报优秀审稿专家、东北大学优秀本科毕设指导教师、信息科学与工程学院优秀党员、优秀班导师荣誉称号。

Enhui Chu, Ph.D., Professor. He received the Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from Yamaguchi University, Japan, in 2003. He has long been engaged in high-frequency soft-switching power converter (AC-DC, DC-DC, DC-AC, AC-AC) topology and control strategy. As the first author, he published four articles in the international top academic journals IEEE Transactions on Power Electronics. In other important international journals, domestic journals and international conference, such as other IEEE transactions, the British IET transactions and Japanese IEEJ, IEICE transactions, he also published more than 120 papers. He has presided over and participated in more than 10 projects, such as the Special Instrument Program of National Natural Science Foundation of China, the National High Technology Research and Development Program of China, the Natural Science Foundation of Liaoning Province of China, the Scientific Research Foundation for the Returned Overseas Chinese Scholars, the Fundamental Research Funds for the Central Universities. He applied for 20 patents in the United States and China, 16 of which were authorized. From March 2003 to May 2006, He worked at the Yutaka electrical institute of Nippon steel, Japan, and engaged in the research and development of soft switching power conversion technology in the new energy (solar energy, wind energy and fuel cell) generation system. At present, he serves as a reviewer for many international journals and domestic journals. He got one gold medal at the 67th German Nuremberg International Invention Exhibition, and won one gold medal of industrial equipment at the 31st USA Pittsburgh International Invention Exposition. He won the first prize of Science and Technology Progress of Liaoning Province once and the first prize of Science and Technology Progress of Shenyang City once. He has won the first prize of Natural Science Academic Achievements of Liaoning Province for 3 times, the second prize for 2 times and the third prize for 2 times. In the 2nd CHINT Cup National Engineer Design Competition, he won the Excellence Award.

褚恩辉,博士,教授,博士生导师。2003年毕业于日本山口大学电气工程专业。长期从事先进电力电子及应用,高频软开关电力变换器(AC-DC、DC-DC、DC-AC、AC-AC)拓扑结构及控制方式研究。以第一作者在国际顶级学术期刊IEEE Transactions on Power Electronics发表5篇学术长文,在其它IEEE汇刊、英国IET汇刊以及日本IEEJ、IEICE汇刊等权威国际期刊、国内一级学报和国际会议发表论文120多篇。主持和参与国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家自然科学基金重大仪器仪表专项、国家重点863专项、辽宁省自然科学基金、归国留学人员基金、教育部基本科研业务费等各类项目10多项。申请美国和中国发明专利25项。曾就职于日本新日铁YUTAKA电气研究所,从事软开关电力变换技术在新能源(太阳能、风能、燃料电池)等电力变换系统中的应用与研究开发工作。目前担任多家国际期刊和国内学报审稿人。获第67届德国纽伦堡国际发明展金奖、美国匹兹堡国际发明博览会工业装备金奖各1项。获辽宁省科技进步一等奖、沈阳市科技进步一等奖各1项、辽宁省自然科学学术成果一等奖4项、二等奖2项、3等奖2项;第二届正泰杯全国工程师设计大赛优秀奖1项;指导的硕士研究生5名获东北大学优秀硕士学位论文;荣获中国电机工程学报特别贡献奖、中国电机工程学报优秀审稿专家、东北大学优秀本科毕设指导教师、信息科学与工程学院优秀党员、优秀班导师荣誉称号。
