Zhang Yue was born in 1977. He received the Ph.D. degree in control theory and control engineering in 2007 and the B.S. degree in operations research and control theory in 2004 from Northeastern University, China. She received the M.S. degree in basic mathematicsin 1999 from Liaoning Normal University. Her research interests include biological, economic modeling、complexity analysis, biological control, stochastic system.
