主要从事催化剂的制备改性、多孔材料吸附扩散理论等方面的研究工作。

主持在研辽宁省教育厅项目1项，参与完成了多个项目的科研工作，主要参与省部级项目7项，企业合作项目3项。第一作者发表文章15篇，SCI文章 5篇，EI文章2篇，一级期刊2篇；其中特级期刊2篇，1篇SCI论文发表在《Science of Advanced Materials》上, 2012年影响因子3.308。1篇SCI论文获辽宁省自然科学学术成果二等奖1项。第二作者发表文章7篇，SCI刊源4篇，一级期刊2篇。
