个人情况综述
国家杰出青年基金获得者、教育部第七批“****奖励计划”特聘教授、吉林大学唐敖庆特聘教授。长期从事膜蛋白结构与功能和高通量筛选药物发现研究,在国际上首先建立了水通道基因敲除小鼠模型并进行了大量水通道基因功能的创新性研究,建立了国际领先的基于高通量筛选的中药天然产物化学遗传学平台,在水通道蛋白基因功能和氯离子通道小分子药物发现方面做出重要贡献。目前主要研究方向是细胞膜通道基因功能与药物发现。主持了国家杰出青年基金、国家自然科学基金、科技部国家重点基础研究发展计划项目(973)课题、美国囊性纤维化基金会药物发现项目等。在SCI杂志上发表研究论文100余篇,影响因子总和超过430,被SCI源期刊引用7200余次。2005年享受国务院政府特殊津贴。
