史达



史达，东北财经大学萨里国际学院副院长（主持工作），旅游与酒店管理学院副院长（主持工作），教授，博士生导师，经济学博士。1990-1994年就读于大连理工大学，工学学士；1994-1997年就读于东北财经大学，经济学硕士；1999-2006年，就读于东北财经大学，经济学博士。
史达先后担任国家自然科学基金项目主持人，国家社会科学基金项目主持人，国家“十一五”规划教材主编，国家双语示范课程负责人，教育部“十一五”重点规划课题主持人，霍英东青年教师奖获得者，辽宁省政府中青年决策咨询专家，辽宁省百千万人才工程“百人层次”。辽宁省视频公开课主讲教师，辽宁省旅游管理专业硕士（MTA）教指委委员，辽宁省中外合作办学分会会长，辽宁省社科基金项目负责人，辽宁省教育厅项目负责人，辽宁省“十二五”规划教材主编，辽宁省双语示范课程负责人，辽宁省精品课程负责人，辽宁省旅游资源开发质量评定委员会专家，辽宁省旅游服务业校企联盟专家。英国曼彻斯特大学访问学者、加拿大西安大略大学访问学者、英国萨里大学访问学者、台湾世新大学访问学者。大连市领军后备人才，大连市社会科学院特邀研究员，大连市青年创业导师，大连市组织部干部教育培训专家。
主要研究领域为社会复杂网络。主讲课程为研究方法和中西方管理哲学与文化。主讲的“中西方管理哲学与文化”课程入选辽宁省视频公开课。目前，主要为EMBA、MBA、MPA讲授“中西方管理哲学与文化”。数十次为辽宁省政府、大连市政府、大连市党校、苏州市政府、常州市政府、潍坊市政府、用友集团、辽宁省工商系统处级培训班、辽宁省统战部中高级干部培训班等数十家大中型企业和政府部门负责人讲授相关课程。
