个人简介
刘东平,大连理工大学电气工程学院教授、博士生导师。主要从事气体放电与生物工程医学研究,以第一或通讯作者发表SCI论文150篇,国内外学术会议邀请报告50次,获授权发明专利20项、实用新型专利12项,其中5项专利技术成果实现转化。曾荣获首批全国高校黄大年式教师团队负责人、辽宁省十百千高端引进人才、辽宁省“百千万”人才工程百人层次人才,大连市首批领军人才、大连市优秀专家、德国代根多夫城市高校奖(奖金5000欧元)等称号。以第一完成人荣获省、市科技进步奖3项,应邀为Nature、J. Phys. D: Appl. Phys.、J. Appl. Phys.、Phys. Plasma等30个SCI杂志审稿人。指导博士研究生14人(已毕业8人),硕士研究生32人(已毕业26人)。主持参加国家科技部ITER人才项目、重大国际合作项目、国家重点研发项目等3项,主持国家自然科学基金4项,主持等离子体消毒、等离子体医疗器械开发、等离子体废气处理等多项产业化项目,部分产业化项目已产生重大经济效益。主要科研项目
