个人简介
1993年毕业于东北师范大学生命科学院,1996年于东北师范大学遗传与细胞研究所获得硕士学位,1998年3月起工作于大连理工大学,2002-2005年于韩国明知大学生物科学系微生物实验室攻读博士学位,2005年底通过博士学位答辩,并晋升为副教授,2006年初回国后,继续工作于大连理工大学环境与生命学院生物科学与工程系。2007年7月获得德国洪堡奖学金的资助,赴德国蒂宾根大学 (University of Tuebingen) 药学院生物药学研究所从事为期一年的研究工作,2008年6月起任职博士生导师,2011年底晋升为教授。

研究领域(研究课题)
研究领域为微生物学、生物化学与分子生物学;招收生物化工专业博士生和生物化学与分子生物学硕士生。长期从事燃料乙醇领域的国家863项目及自然科学基金项目,目前作为负责人主持一项国家自然科学基金项目(**):絮凝提高酵母菌乙醇耐性的机理和发酵策略调控,课题起止时间为2006年1月-2008年12月,总经费26万元;并作为主要参加者承担国家863项目:“自絮凝颗粒酵母高密度、高浓度和高强度酒精连续发酵新技术”(2007AA10Z358),课题起止时间为2007年5月16日-2010年10月10日,总经费208万元。目前主持国家自然科学基金面上项目:锌离子调节酵母菌乙醇耐性的分子机制和胁迫耐受酵母的构建(**),中韩国际合作项目,中日国际合作项目(NSFC-JSPS联合资助),辽宁省自然科学基金项目等多项基金课题,致力于研究絮凝酵母乙醇耐性的机理和代谢工程改造,以及木质纤维素生物转化菌种和工业酶生产菌种研究。

2006年以来开始开展海洋放线菌及其活性物质的研究,致力于研究活性抗生素的生物合成途径和代谢调控,以及基因工程改造。


硕博研究方向
1,工业微生物的胁迫耐受性机理及耐性微生物育种,重点是燃料乙醇生产酵母的乙醇耐受性; 2,微生物絮凝机制和絮凝微生物分子育种;3,生物能源微生物代谢调控和代谢工程改造;4,海洋放线菌基因多样性和抗生素生物合成

工作成果(奖励、专利等)
2005年参与的“万吨级规模自絮凝酵母酒精连续发酵技术及装置”通过教育部的评审,鉴定为国际先进水平。2007年获德国洪堡奖学金。2008年参与的白凤武教授主持的课题:“自固定化酵母细胞酒精连续发酵技术”获得教育部高等学校科学技术奖二等奖。2009年获得辽宁省青年科技奖;2011年入选教育部新世纪优秀人才。
