个人简介
1961年生,博士,特聘研究员、博士生导师。1982年毕业于华中农学院(现华中农业大学),获学士学位;1984年毕业于中山大学,获硕士学位;1990年在英国Exeter大学获博士学位;1996年在中国科学院水生生物研究所被聘为研究员、博士生导师;曾任中国科学院水生生物研究所副所长、所学术委员会副主任,闽江学者特聘教授;现任淡水生态与生物技术国家重点实验室主任。
社会兼职包括中国水产学会鱼病专业委员会主任委员、湖北省免疫学会副理事长、中国动物学会寄生虫学专业委员会理事;广东省水产经济动物病原生物学与流行病学重点实验室学术委员会主任;《水生生物学报》、《水产学报》、《中国水产科学》、《长江流域资源与环境》、《中国渔业质量与标准》、《Chinese Journal of Oceanology and Limnology》、《Parasites & Vectors》、《Aquaculture & Fisheries》等刊物的编委。
曾主持国家重点基础研究发展计划(973计划)项目、中国科学院知识创新工程重要方向性项目、国家自然科学基金委员会重点项目和面上项目等研究任务。目前承担国家自然科学基金委员会重点项目和重点国际合作项目,以及中国科学院战略性先导科技专项子课题的研究任务。研究方向包括鱼类的免疫系统和免疫反应,鱼类细菌病的致病机理以及免疫防治,寄生虫种群生态和宿主-寄生虫的相互作用。近期研究工作主要集中在鱼类的模式识别受体、鱼类和低等脊椎动物的干扰素系统、柱状黄杆菌和爱德华氏菌的致病机理与免疫防治;同时致力于探讨我国日本血吸虫和其中间宿主的遗传多样性、以及鱼类寄生虫的系统发育等方面的研究。已发表研究论文150余篇,其中SCI收录论文100余篇,他引超过2500次;培养博士学位研究生26名,硕士学位研究生6名。2005年获国家科技进步二等奖(排名第四)。
